How can I become an AFSer?

Apply in a Program

Select where you want to go and how long you’d want to stay. If you’re stuck and can’t decide to give us a call, and we’ll help you out!

After completing your application then an interview would be conducted. Then you are nearly set to go!  conduct interviews and see recommendation.

Attend Orientation

Attend the before, during and after orientations as it will help you navigate personal and cultural growth opportunities while you’re abroad.

Dedicated AFS volunteers, host families, and staff are prepared to make your AFS experience an intercultural learning adventure you’ll never forget.

Regardless of their financial situation, AFS is committed to helping young people study abroad. That’s why AFS works with individual donors, corporate and community sponsors to help finance qualified students with AFS programs through full and partial scholarships.
