‘I was lucky enough to be selected for AIYEP in 2015/2016. Our Australian host city was Canberra, our Indonesian host province was West Kalimantan, where our host city was Pontianak and our host village was Lumbang, Sambas The entire experience was incredible; making new friends with fellow AIYEPers, staying with such hospitable host families and meeting so many amazing Indonesians and Australians. Performing the Wiggles’ famous Kentang Panas (Hot Potato) at the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra is something I will never forget!’
