Would you like to learn about a new culture and share your own culture and values? Eighteen young Indonesian visit Australia every year on this program, living with host families for three weeks in an urban centre and three weeks in a regional area. Hosting an AIYEP exchange youth is a great way to make new connections with your local community and our region. Young Indonesians on the program are keen learn about life in Australia, and share the experience with a supporting family. Your family will be rewarded with its own new experiences. Everything from preparing meals to sightseeing are opportunities to discover and appreciate cultural and other differences and similarities, and to build lifelong friendships. AIYEP Enquiry Form

This form is for inquiries from Australian applicants only. You must be an Australian citizen to apply for AIYEP through AFS/DFAT. Indonesian citizens should contact their local Dinas or branch of Purna Caraka Muda Indonesia (PCMI), who adminster applications on behalf of Kementrian Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kemenpora).
