Would you like to strengthen your organisation’s inter-cultural awareness and skills? Hosting an AIYEP exchange youth in your organisation is a great way for you and your staff to develop skills that are essential in today’s world. The eighteen young Indonesians than join the program every year are keen learn about working life in Australia, and to build their professional and personal networks. They spend three weeks working in an urban organisation, and another three in a regional area.
